Who we are
OMNYUM Management ("OMNYUM," "we," "us") operates this website at omnyummanagement.com and provides chatting and account-management services to digital content creators. We are based in the United States. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at info@omnyummanagement.com.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In practice that means:
- Email address — when you submit the playbook download form on the homepage.
- Booking details — when you book a discovery call through Calendly (your name, email, time zone, any answers you provide on the booking form).
- Communication content — if you email us or message us directly, we keep that correspondence.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. Vercel, our hosting provider, retains these for security and abuse prevention.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do not collect payment information here — any paid engagement happens under a separate signed contract.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the playbook PDF and our newsletter to subscribers who requested it.
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on discovery calls you have booked with us.
- To respond to inquiries you send us by email.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations (for example, responding to a lawful subpoena).
The legal basis, where required, is your consent (for the newsletter), the steps necessary to enter into a contract (for booking a call), and our legitimate interest in running a secure and functional website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make this site work, and only to the extent each provider needs:
- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management. Privacy policy: beehiiv.com/privacy.
- Calendly — discovery-call scheduling. Privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
- Vercel — website hosting and edge functions. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google (Gmail) — receiving and storing email correspondence sent to our address.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety (or that of others).
Cookies and similar technologies
This site itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Third-party tools we embed or link to — primarily Calendly and Vercel — may set strictly technical cookies necessary for the booking flow and for security. Refer to those providers' privacy policies for details.
How long we keep data
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete the record. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Booking records: kept for as long as the relationship is active, then archived for up to 24 months.
- Email correspondence: retained inside our Gmail inbox until manually deleted.
- Server logs: rotated automatically by our hosting provider, typically within 30 days.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can email info@omnyummanagement.com to:
- See what personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Have your data deleted;
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from any list;
- Receive an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
If you live in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you additionally have the right to know which categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland
You also have the rights provided by the GDPR or equivalent local regulations, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our processing of newsletter subscriptions is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How we protect your data
We use service providers that maintain SOC 2 or equivalent security programs, transport all data over HTTPS, store API credentials as encrypted environment variables (never in the public website code), and grant access to subscriber data only to people who need it to operate the business.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For substantive changes affecting existing subscribers, we will also notify you by email before the change takes effect.
